 FANTASTIC! I purchased a bag of the garlic knot- 6 in a bag. Three of them were gone before I got out of the parking lot. They are just like the evil gluten full knots- if not better. They were chewy on the inside with a nice crunch on the outside and did not have that funky after taste that alot of gluten free products have. "I am not a celiac but I am gluten-intolerant.   I have been on a gf diet for about 3-4 years.   Most, if not all, the gf baked goods were dry, heavy, hard to swallow, tasteless, and unappealing in appearance not to mention EXPENSIVE!   I would give each a try, most ended up in the wastecan because they were terrible.  I would rather do with out bread, rolls, cookies, etc.  than try to swallow them.  Those hard facts held true until I received the package [my friend] Elaine sent me.  Each was delicious!  Each was the best of its kind, I had ever taste.  You are on to something.  Please continue to work hard on additional products and maintaining your quality."- Bart Whitaker
